Description

Moplen RP348T HP is a nucleated polypropylene (PP) random copolymer with antistatic properties positioned for thin wall injection molding and clear packaging/housewares applications where high flow and good aesthetics matter. It is recommended for thin wall injection molding (TWIM), housewares and toys/sports/leisure.

Processing Techniques

High melt flow grades show up in thin wall parts for a reason: they fill quickly and help keep cycle times under control. The trade‑off is that processing settings and mould design still dominate final part appearance, so we recommend confirming gates/venting and part thickness distribution during trials.

If the application is sensitive to optics and organoleptics (e.g., clear food containers), the documentation request should include the exact intended end use and region so the correct stewardship statements are supplied.
