Hostalen HDPE grades are used in rigid packaging, injection molding, and other conversion processes depending on the grade. Hostalen HDPE is typically used for blow-molded containers, closures, and industrial packaging. 

Lupolen is used as a trade name for polyethylene grades used across processing technologies such as blow molding, pipe and film extrusion, and injection molding. 

Lupolen LDPE grades are especially relevant in film applications where typical selection factors include melt flow, density, and additive package (e.g., antiblock/slip variants).

Moplen is a polypropylene product family positioned across homopolymers, random copolymers and impact (heterophasic) copolymers. Moplen PP is used in rigid packaging, consumer goods, film/textile and caps & closures applications. 

What Moplen grades are typically selected for
- Thin wall injection molding (fast cycles; stiffness/impact balance)
- Transparent packaging and housewares (random copolymers; optics)
- Closures and dispensing components (flow and dimensional consistency)

Adstif grades are designed for applications requiring higher stiffness and heat resistance. They are often used in thin-wall injection molding and containers. For instance, Adstif EA648P is a PP copolymer with high crystallinity (HDT ~100°C, VST ~153°C). Adstif HA840R (hPP) is another high-modulus grade.

Hifax grades are high-impact PP random copolymers used in automotive and technical parts. For example, Hifax EP3080 is a common impact-modified PP (Charpy notched ~65 kJ/m², flex modulus ~950 MPa). These materials improve toughness for parts like bumper cores and wheel covers, while still allowing injection molding processing.

Popular grades are Hifax EP3080 and UV-stabilized EP3080G. Their typical properties are listed on the grade pages. Use them when you need more impact resistance than homopolymer PP, with automotive-grade quality.

Hostacom grades are PP compounds typically used in the automotive industry. They include glass-fiber (e.g. G2U02, GF20) and mineral-filled (e.g. M4U02, T40) materials that offer high stiffness and impact resistance. These are often found in interior components, automotive housings, and durable goods.

For example, Hostacom G2U02 is a GF20 compound noted for its rigidity (tensile modulus ~4600 MPa). Hostacom compounds generally process on standard injection molding machines. Click a grade below to view typical properties.

Genesis Polymers Europe distributes the Purell family, which is positioned for healthcare and pharmaceutical packaging applications. The producer emphasizes consistent quality, documentation support (DMFs and pharmacopeia compliance), and controlled processes.

Typical applications: medical packaging, diagnostic devices, laboratory supplies (e.g. syringe barrels, closures, test tube sleeves). For example, Purell PP grades are chosen for products like 2-part syringes and inhalers.
