PP impact copolymer
Hifax EP3080G

Natural
Description
Hifax EP3080G is a UV-stabilised polypropylene impact copolymer built on Catalloy reactor-made TPO technology, providing very high impact strength and 500% elongation at break at a lightweight density of 0.89 g/cm³. Engineered for non-painted automotive bumpers and outdoor-exposed body panels, Hifax EP3080G combines superior rubber dispersion with built-in UV resistance, eliminating the need for protective coatings.
Processing Techniques
Injection moulding and compounding are the primary processes for Hifax EP3080G, which processes as easy-to-blend pellets with no off-line PP blending required. At 7.5 g/10 min MFR and 900 MPa flexural modulus, Hifax EP3080G is also suitable for sheet extrusion, thermoforming, and blow moulding across automotive and construction applications.
