PP high crystallinity
Adstif HA840R

Natural
Description
Adstif HA840R is a nucleated, high-crystallinity polypropylene homopolymer providing ultra-high stiffness with a tensile modulus of 2300 MPa and tensile stress at yield of 41 MPa. With an MFR of 20 g/10 min and a Vicat softening temperature of 158°C, Adstif HA840R is ideal for rigid injection-moulded food packaging containers, housewares, and technical parts where maximum rigidity and high gloss are critical.
Processing Techniques
Injection moulding is the designated conversion method for Adstif HA840R, which benefits from nucleation for rapid crystallisation and short cycle times. The 20 g/10 min melt flow rate provides good cavity filling for thin-wall packaging and technical components. Adstif HA840R delivers high gloss surfaces straight from the mould, reducing post-processing requirements.
