Description

Adstif EA600P is a high-crystallinity polypropylene impact copolymer engineered for automotive compounding, delivering a tensile modulus of 1600 MPa and a density of 0.90 g/cm³ for lightweight yet rigid part design. With an MFR of 18 g/10 min and notched Charpy impact strength of 5.5 kJ/m² at 23°C, Adstif EA600P offers a well-balanced stiffness-to-toughness profile suited to injection-moulded automotive components.

Processing Techniques

Compounding and injection moulding are the recommended conversion routes for Adstif EA600P. Its 18 g/10 min melt flow rate ensures consistent cavity fill in complex automotive moulds, while the high-crystallinity matrix supports short cycle times and good dimensional stability. Adstif EA600P processes well at standard PP barrel temperatures of 200-240°C.
