Hostalen ACP 5331 A

Natural
Description
Hostalen ACP 5331 A is a high-density polyethylene resin providing an excellent balance of stiffness and environmental stress crack resistance, with a tensile modulus of 1050 MPa and tensile impact strength of 150 kJ/m² at a density of 0.952 g/cm³. With an HLMI of 6.5 g/10 min, Hostalen ACP 5331 A is well suited for extrusion blow moulded jerry cans and drums up to 60 litres for the transport of dangerous goods.
Processing Techniques
Extrusion blow moulding is the recommended process for Hostalen ACP 5331 A, where its controlled HLMI of 6.5 g/10 min supports stable parison extrusion and uniform wall thickness in larger containers. Hostalen ACP 5331 A delivers the stiffness-to-ESCR ratio needed for UN-certified dangerous goods packaging while maintaining good processability.
