Hostalen ACP 7740 F1

Natural
Description
Hostalen ACP 7740 F1 is a medium molecular weight HDPE with a narrow molecular weight distribution and added lubricant, featuring a density of 0.948 g/cm³ and tensile modulus of 1000 MPa. Designed for tape stretching lines, Hostalen ACP 7740 F1 produces tapes and nets with good tensile strength, high elongation at break, and very low fibrillation tendency for agricultural netting, protective nets, and packaging applications.
Processing Techniques
Blown film extrusion is the primary process for Hostalen ACP 7740 F1, where maintaining consistent melt temperature is essential for uniform tape quality and minimal fibrillation. With an MFR of 1.8 g/10 min (5 kg) and a melting point of 130°C, Hostalen ACP 7740 F1 converts well on all common tape-stretching lines and benefits from stable bubble formation during film production.
