Description
Hostalen GF 7750 M2 is a high-density polyethylene with medium molecular weight and a special narrow MWD, containing a lubricant for enhanced monofilament processing at a density of 0.957 g/cm³ and MFR of 1.0 g/10 min. Hostalen GF 7750 M2 produces monofilaments with excellent tensile strength and high elongation at break for ropes, yarns, geotextile nets, and protective netting in agriculture and construction.
Processing Techniques
Monofilament extrusion, blown film, and tape/raffia production are all suitable processes for Hostalen GF 7750 M2, with recommended extrusion temperatures of 220-260°C. Its narrow MWD and built-in lubricant ensure easy flow and consistent fibre quality, while the 135°C melting point of Hostalen GF 7750 M2 allows good drawing ratios for high-tenacity monofilaments.
