Description
Hostalen GF 7750 M3 is a high-density polyethylene with medium molecular weight and a special narrow MWD, designed for higher-tenacity monofilament applications at a density of 0.957 g/cm³ and MFR of 0.6 g/10 min. Hostalen GF 7750 M3 delivers excellent tensile properties in finished monofilaments for nets, geotextiles, and agricultural and construction netting where superior tenacity is required.
Processing Techniques
Monofilament extrusion, blown film, and tape/raffia lines are all compatible with Hostalen GF 7750 M3, with recommended processing temperatures of 220-260°C. The lower MFR of 0.6 g/10 min compared to the M2 grade provides higher melt strength for producing finer, higher-tenacity filaments, and Hostalen GF 7750 M3 includes a lubricant for smooth processing.
