Description
Lupolen 2426F is an additivated low-density polyethylene containing slip and anti-blocking agents, with an MFR of 0.75 g/10 min, density of 0.924 g/cm³, and good melt strength for stable bubble formation. Lupolen 2426F is designed for bags, pouches, food packaging film, hygiene film, and shrink film where built-in slip and anti-block properties simplify downstream converting and packaging line performance.
Processing Techniques
Blown film extrusion is the primary process for Lupolen 2426F, where its integrated slip and anti-block additives eliminate the need for separate masterbatch additions during production. With a dart drop impact of 150 g and tensile strength of 24 MPa MD, Lupolen 2426F delivers reliable mechanical performance combined with good optical properties at stable processing conditions.
