Lupolen 3020F

Natural
Description
Lupolen 3020F is a non-additivated low-density polyethylene featuring good melt strength and superior optical properties, with an MFR of 0.9 g/10 min, density of 0.927 g/cm³, and tensile modulus of 300 MPa. Lupolen 3020F delivers films with excellent clarity, good heat-seal performance, and reliable shrinkage behaviour for demanding flexible packaging applications.
Processing Techniques
Blown film extrusion is the primary process for Lupolen 3020F, where its 0.9 g/10 min MFR provides the melt strength for stable bubble formation while enabling good output rates. Lupolen 3020F achieves tensile strength of 27 MPa MD with 300% elongation at break, and consistent melt temperature control is key to realising its superior optical potential.
