Moplen EP3307

Natural
Description
Moplen EP3307 is a high-crystallinity polypropylene copolymer with UV stabilisation, delivering an MFR of 14 g/10 min, a tensile modulus of 1100 MPa, and an elongation at break of 350%, specifically formulated for automotive interior trim. The UV-stabilised additive package in Moplen EP3307 protects moulded parts from light-induced degradation over the vehicle's service life. With a density of 0.89 g/cm³ and a tensile yield stress of 19 MPa, Moplen EP3307 balances the rigidity and impact resistance that interior dashboard, door panel, and pillar trim applications demand.
Processing Techniques
Injection moulding is the designated process for Moplen EP3307, and the 14 g/10 min MFR supports efficient filling of large, complex interior automotive moulds. Moplen EP3307's high-crystallinity formulation accelerates solidification, helping converters achieve consistent cycle times on multi-cavity tools. Process at melt temperatures of 210–250°C and maintain uniform mould temperatures to ensure even surface gloss and minimise sink marks on visible interior parts.
