PP homopolymer
Purell HP570R

Natural
Description
Purell HP570R is a high-flow polypropylene homopolymer with an MFR of 23 g/10 min, a tensile modulus of 1400 MPa, and low-warpage characteristics designed for precision medical device components, labware, and closures. With a ball indentation hardness of 64 MPa and density of 0.90 g/cm³, Purell HP570R excels in thin-wall healthcare applications such as diagnostic devices and syringes where dimensional accuracy is paramount. The grade also performs well in general injection molding of warpage-sensitive parts beyond the healthcare sector.
Processing Techniques
Injection molding is the designated process for Purell HP570R, where the 23 g/10 min MFR enables efficient filling of thin-wall, multi-cavity medical device molds. The low-warpage characteristics of Purell HP570R are achieved through its balanced flow and crystallization behavior, making it especially suitable for flat, precision components like diagnostic cassettes and labware trays. Consistent melt temperature and uniform cooling are critical to fully leverage the dimensional stability this grade offers.
