PP homopolymer
Purell HP671T

Natural
Description
Purell HP671T is a nucleated polypropylene homopolymer with gamma-ray stabilization, delivering a tensile modulus of 1900 MPa, an MFR of 55 g/10 min, and excellent optical properties including very low haze and high gloss. Built for rigid, high-transparency pharmaceutical and diagnostic applications such as labware, PCR plates, and gamma-sterilized medical devices, Purell HP671T enables downgauging opportunities thanks to its exceptional stiffness. The grade withstands gamma, e-beam, EtO, and autoclave sterilization, making it one of the most versatile healthcare PP grades available.
Processing Techniques
Injection molding at high speed is the intended process for Purell HP671T, where the 55 g/10 min MFR supports rapid cycle times on multi-cavity medical tooling. The nucleated formulation of Purell HP671T provides enhanced crystallization kinetics and the outstanding optical properties that pharmaceutical packaging and diagnostics applications require. With a stiffness of 1900 MPa, converters can explore wall thickness reduction while maintaining part rigidity and sterilization durability.
