Hostalen ACP 5331H

Natural
Description
Hostalen ACP 5331H is a high-density polyethylene engineered for beverage closures and tube shoulders, featuring a density of 0.953 g/cm³, MFR of 2.1 g/10 min, and a tensile modulus of 1150 MPa paired with 7 kJ/m² notched Charpy impact at 23°C. Hostalen ACP 5331H provides exceptional organoleptic properties alongside a well-balanced combination of stiffness, toughness, and ESCR for sparkling water, CSD, and food and non-food caps and closures.
Processing Techniques
Injection moulding and compression moulding are the primary conversion methods for Hostalen ACP 5331H, which processes readily on standard equipment to produce closures with consistent torque performance. Hostalen ACP 5331H maintains dimensional stability through its balanced ESCR and stiffness profile, ensuring reliable sealing across carbonated and still beverage applications.
