Lupolen 3010D

Natural
Description
Lupolen 3010D is a non-additivated low-density polyethylene with high melt strength and an MFR of 0.25 g/10 min at a density of 0.927 g/cm³, delivering a tensile modulus of 300 MPa and dart drop impact of 180 g. Lupolen 3010D produces films with good shrinkage performance and excellent optical and mechanical properties, serving bags, pouches, food packaging, shrink film, and small blow-moulded bottles.
Processing Techniques
Blown film extrusion and extrusion blow moulding are both suitable for Lupolen 3010D, whose high melt strength at 0.25 g/10 min MFR provides outstanding bubble stability and good parison control. Lupolen 3010D achieves tensile strength up to 30 MPa MD with good shrink characteristics, making it well suited for shrink wrapping and collation film applications.
