PP homopolymer
Moplen HP560X

Natural
Description
Moplen HP560X is an ultra-high-flow polypropylene homopolymer with an MFR of 800 g/10 min and a density of 0.900 g/cm3, produced using a non-phthalate Ziegler-Natta catalyst and featuring a very narrow molecular weight distribution ideal for meltblown nonwoven production. Moplen HP560X enables the manufacture of meltblown webs with outstanding barrier and filtration properties, serving both textile and compounding markets. The pelletized form and extremely high fluidity of Moplen HP560X make it equally effective as a meltblown fibre resin or as a high-flow base component in compounding applications.
Processing Techniques
Meltblown nonwoven extrusion is the primary process for Moplen HP560X, where its 800 g/10 min MFR and narrow molecular weight distribution produce fine, uniform fibres essential for high-efficiency filtration and barrier media. When processing Moplen HP560X, die cleanliness and precise temperature control across the entire die width are critical to achieving uniform fibre diameter and consistent web basis weight. Moplen HP560X also performs well in compounding applications where extreme flow is needed for specialised formulations requiring thorough additive dispersion.
