PP homopolymer
Moplen HP560Z

Natural
Description
Moplen HP560Z is an ultra-high-flow polypropylene homopolymer with an MFR of 1500 g/10 min, manufactured using a non-phthalate Ziegler-Natta catalyst with an exceptionally narrow molecular weight distribution for the finest meltblown nonwoven fibres. Moplen HP560Z represents the highest fluidity option in the meltblown range, enabling production of sub-micron fibres with outstanding filtration efficiency and barrier properties for textile and compounding markets. The extreme flow of Moplen HP560Z also supports niche compounding applications where maximum resin fluidity is a formulation requirement.
Processing Techniques
Meltblown nonwoven extrusion is the primary process for Moplen HP560Z, where its 1500 g/10 min MFR delivers the ultimate in fine-fibre capability for high-performance filtration media and barrier layers. When processing Moplen HP560Z, maintaining exact temperature uniformity across the die and carefully controlling the hot air draw-down are essential to achieving uniform sub-micron fibre diameters. Moplen HP560Z demands the highest levels of raw material cleanliness and melt filtration, as contamination at these extreme flow rates directly impacts web uniformity and filtration efficiency.
