PP homopolymer
Moplen HP561N

Natural
Description
Moplen HP561N is a polypropylene homopolymer with an MFR of 12 g/10 min, a density of 0.900 g/cm3, and a very narrow molecular weight distribution, formulated with anti-gasfading stabilisation for high-tenacity filament and spunbond nonwoven production. Moplen HP561N delivers the melt consistency and colour stability that textile converters require for demanding continuous filament spinning operations. This grade is an excellent choice for spunbond nonwoven fabrics and high-tenacity industrial yarns where Moplen HP561N provides the combination of processability and long-term thermal resistance.
Processing Techniques
Continuous filament spinning and spunbond nonwoven production are the primary conversion methods for Moplen HP561N, where its narrow MWD ensures consistent fibre diameter and uniform web formation. When processing Moplen HP561N at its 12 g/10 min flow rate, maintain precise spinneret temperatures and employ thorough melt filtration to maximise filament tenacity and minimise breaks. Moplen HP561N benefits from its anti-gasfading stabilisation, which allows production of light-coloured nonwovens and yarns that resist yellowing during thermal bonding and downstream processing.
