PP random copolymer
Moplen RP320M

Natural
Description
Moplen RP320M is a controlled-rheology polypropylene random copolymer for cast film production, formulated without slip or antiblocking additives, delivering an MFR of 8.5 g/10 min, a flexural modulus of 850 MPa, and 600% elongation at break. Targeting the flexible packaging market, Moplen RP320M produces films with high clarity, glossy finish, soft hand feel, and dependable heat weldability for food packaging, lamination, stationery, and textile packaging films. Its clarified formulation provides an extra level of optical performance that sets it apart from standard cast film grades.
Processing Techniques
Cast film extrusion is the primary process for Moplen RP320M, where the controlled rheology ensures stable melt behavior and uniform gauge distribution across the web. Since Moplen RP320M does not contain slip or antiblock additives, converters have full flexibility to add their own additive packages or use it as a clean layer in multi-layer structures. Maintaining consistent die temperature and chill roll settings is essential to achieve the exceptional clarity and gloss that this grade is capable of delivering.
