Moplen RP325M

Natural
Description
Moplen RP325M is a controlled-rheology polypropylene random copolymer with integrated slip and antiblocking additives, designed for cast film applications with an MFR of 8.5 g/10 min, a flexural modulus of 850 MPa, and 600% elongation at break. Well suited for food packaging, lamination, stationery, and textile packaging films, Moplen RP325M delivers high clarity, excellent gloss, and a reliable heat seal window. The built-in slip and antiblock package simplifies converting operations and ensures smooth film handling on automatic packaging lines.
Processing Techniques
Cast film extrusion is the recommended process for Moplen RP325M, where its controlled molecular weight distribution provides predictable output and uniform film thickness. The pre-compounded slip and antiblock additives in Moplen RP325M eliminate the need for separate masterbatch dosing, reducing process variability and startup waste. Temperature control across the die and chill roll are the primary levers for optimizing the optical quality and seal performance of finished films.
