Description

Adstif EA648P is a high-crystallinity polypropylene impact copolymer that delivers outstanding rigidity with a tensile modulus of 1750 MPa, making it a single-component alternative to mineral-filled PP compounds. At a density of 0.90 g/cm³ and MFR of 18 g/10 min, Adstif EA648P combines excellent stiffness with 6.5 kJ/m² notched Charpy impact at 23°C and good surface gloss for housings, furniture, and household goods.

Processing Techniques

Injection moulding is the primary process for Adstif EA648P, which flows readily at 18 g/10 min to fill thin-wall and complex geometries used in electrical appliance housings, caps, and furniture components. Adstif EA648P achieves high surface gloss directly from the mould without additional finishing, and its high crystallinity supports fast demoulding and short cycle times.
