AdvyForm P1700 is a high-flow polypropylene homopolymer for injection moulding. It can also be used as a flow modifier in technical compounds and is supplied as pellets.
Description
AdvyForm P1700 is a polypropylene homopolymer for injection moulding applications. It has a high melt flow rate, can be used as a flow modifier in technical compounds and is supplied in pelletised form. The TDS lists automotive parts and polymer modification as applications, and high flow, high rigidity, high stiffness and low viscosity as attributes. Typical values include a melt flow rate of 70 g/10 min (230 °C/2.16 kg), a flexural modulus of 1550 MPa (23 °C) and a tensile modulus of 1550 MPa (23 °C).
Processing Techniques
Supplier-listed processing method: injection moulding. Specific resin and processing recommendations need the end use, required properties and fabrication equipment to be known.
