Description
Hostalen ACP 6031D is a high-density polyethylene with very high stiffness at 1420 MPa tensile modulus and a density of 0.960 g/cm³, combined with good environmental stress crack resistance and a broad molecular weight distribution. Suitable for both extrusion and injection blow moulding, Hostalen ACP 6031D serves thin-wall packaging and consumer goods applications across the rigid packaging and industrial sectors.
Processing Techniques
Extrusion blow moulding and injection blow moulding are both viable processes for Hostalen ACP 6031D, offering flexibility across different container sizes and production setups. With an MFR of 0.35 g/10 min (2.16 kg) and broad MWD, Hostalen ACP 6031D provides excellent melt strength for parison stability and contains antioxidants for reliable processing performance.
