Description
Metocene HM650V is a metallocene-catalysed polypropylene homopolymer with a very high MFR of 150 g/10 min, a flexural modulus of 1450 MPa, and a density of 0.90 g/cm³, delivering excellent stiffness, low warpage, and outstanding organoleptic properties. Metocene HM650V serves automotive compounding, rigid packaging containers, and polymer modification applications across consumer and industrial markets.
Processing Techniques
Injection moulding and compounding are the primary conversion routes for Metocene HM650V, where its ultra-high 150 g/10 min flow rate enables exceptional cavity fill in complex and thin-wall moulds. Metocene HM650V also functions effectively as a polymer modifier in compounding, and its DSC melting point of 154°C combined with low odour makes it suitable for demanding automotive and food-contact applications.
