PP impact copolymer
Moplen EP300M

Natural
Description
Moplen EP300M is a versatile polypropylene heterophasic copolymer with an MFR of 7 g/10 min, a flexural modulus of 1000 MPa, and a Vicat softening temperature of 143°C, offering converters a well-balanced stiffness, impact, and processability profile. Moplen EP300M is widely used in thin-walled packaging, housewares, industrial crates, and as a compounding base resin for automotive applications. Its HDT-B of 77°C and tensile yield stress of 21.5 MPa underscore the structural reliability of Moplen EP300M across a range of end-use temperatures.
Processing Techniques
Injection moulding and compounding are the primary processing methods for Moplen EP300M, and its 7 g/10 min MFR provides a practical balance between flow length capability and mechanical performance. Moplen EP300M responds well to standard PP processing conditions, with recommended melt temperatures of 200–240°C. When used as a compound base, Moplen EP300M accepts mineral fillers and impact modifiers without significant loss of processability.
