PP random copolymer
Moplen RP340H

Natural
Description
Moplen RP340H is a clarified, nucleated polypropylene random copolymer for extrusion applications, providing high transparency alongside a tensile modulus of 1100 MPa, an MFR of 1.8 g/10 min, and a Vicat softening temperature of 130 °C. This grade is engineered for extrusion blow molded bottles, thermoformed containers, and sheet products in both rigid and industrial packaging markets. Moplen RP340H combines the low flow rate needed for excellent melt strength with clarified optics that create standout shelf appeal for consumer goods and industrial containers.
Processing Techniques
Extrusion blow molding, sheet extrusion, and thermoforming are the core processing routes for Moplen RP340H. The 1.8 g/10 min MFR provides robust parison stability in blow molding and reliable sheet uniformity for thermoforming applications. Moplen RP340H benefits from well-controlled cooling rates that take advantage of its nucleated crystallization to shorten cycle times and maximize the transparency and stiffness of the finished part.
