PP random copolymer
Moplen RP348R

Natural
Description
Moplen RP348R is a nucleated, clarified polypropylene random copolymer with antistatic additivation and an MFR of 25 g/10 min, delivering a tensile modulus of 1150 MPa and 6 kJ/m² Charpy notched impact at 23 °C. Designed for caps and closures, housewares, and rigid packaging, Moplen RP348R combines excellent transparency and brilliance with dust-free surfaces that keep products presentation-ready. The antistatic formulation also aids demolding, improving production efficiency on high-speed injection molding lines.
Processing Techniques
Injection molding is the primary method for Moplen RP348R, and its 25 g/10 min MFR provides efficient cavity filling for caps, closures, and household items. The nucleated and clarified structure of Moplen RP348R ensures fast crystallization and cycle time reduction alongside the high optical clarity that consumer-facing products require. The antistatic additivation prevents static charge buildup during processing and handling, reducing reject rates and simplifying downstream packaging.
